THE ANSWERS YOU NEED
WHEN SHOULD YOU ARRIVE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT?
In order that we can keep on time for all of our other clients please try and arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. We will send you a text when your stylist is ready for you. Unfortunately so we don't affect our other clients appointment times, if you are more that 15 minutes late we would have to re arrange you appointment
HOW CAN YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?
Our online booking system is quick and easy to use. If you cant find a suitable time/date then give us a ring in salon and we will try and find a suitable appointment for you. Please note appointments can not be booked through email or facebook/instagram meassaging
DO YOU NEED A PATCH TEST?
YES a patch test is required 24 - 48 hrs prior to any hair colouring, lash application, lift or lash/brow tinting. This applies to every client, every visit. For your own safety we have a strict no exceptions policy.
WHO SHOULD YOU BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT IN WITH?
All of our team are highly qualified and experienced. Take a look at our 'About' page and get to know our team and see what areas we each specialise in. If your still unsure, drop us a message and we can recommend which of our team would most suit your needs
WHAT IS OUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We completely understand that sometimes you may need to cancel/ re-arrange your appointment. In order that we have a fair chance of filling this appointment slot please provide us with as much notice as possible. You will receive a text message reminder from us 5 days prior to your appointment, please respond to this message to confirm you will be attending within 48 hours of receiving the text. If we do not receive confirmation within this time your appointment will be cancelled. Once confirmed, your 50% deposit will be charged to your card 72 hours prior to your appointment and held. Please understand that once you have confirmed your appointment your deposit will then be retained and is no longer refundable. Thanks for your understanding regarding the importance of this.
WHAT AGE CAN YOU GET YOUR HAIR COLOURED?
For your safety and to ensure the condition of your hair our salon will not colour your hair if you are under the age of 17. Please be advised you may need to show identification
WHAT AGE DO YOU NEED TO BE TO HAVE BEAUTY TREATMENTS?
For your own safety you must be over the age of 17 to recieve any beauty treatments that involve lashes, tinting, gel/acrylic nail products and hot wax. Please be advised you will need to show indentification if we believe you to be under age.
IS THERE PARKING AT BOUFF?
Unfortunately we don't have any dedicated parking spaces for our customers. There is usually plenty of parking spaces in the streets behind the salon. Please don't park in residents bays, or in the 1 hour bays if your likely to be with us for longer than an hour
DO WE CUT CHILDRENS HAIR?
Of course we do. We love having visits from the little people in our clients lives. Please note due to a high demand in appointments we are unable to book children in on a late night or Saturday
DO WE DO STUDENT DISCOUNT?
We don't offer student discount as such, but we have deliberately devised our price list to offer all services across different stylist to accomodate all budgets
WHY ISN'T THERE ANY ONLINE APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE FOR THE DAY/TIME YOU REQUIRE?
This will usually mean that our diary is already fully booked. If you do need a certain day/time and it isn't available online, give us a call in salon as sometimes we may be able to accomodate your request
UNSURE WHICH HAIR COLOURING SERVICE TO BOOK?
Not a problem, if your unsure or undecided which kind of colour service you want simple choose the 'colour unknown' option. We may be in touch to discuss this further to allow enough time on the day
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD YOU MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENTS?
Simply as soon as possible.
Due to our intense client loyalty, many book months in advance. This usually means that with some of our team any evening or weekend appointments are fully booked up to 4 weeks in advance. If there is no availability online, give us a call in salon and we will try and find a solution for you.
IS YOUR ONLINE BOOKING GUARANTEED?
Unfortunately not. When you make an appointment using our online system it is simply an appointment request. Once we have received your request we will either confirm it ( you will receive a confirmation email) or we will email/txt you another alternative appointment.
WHATS OUR RETURNS POLICY?
We accept returns of any of our products, within 21 days of purchase. Please contact to arrange a refund & ensure all products are unused and in original packaging
